About Me

 

We all want to be happy. As we live, we learn. We develop operating principles that guide our actions and reactions. When these principles work, that is great. When they do not, it can be hard to recognize why not, or even what they are.

 

I deeply respect the people I see in therapy – their faith in their ability to change, and their efforts to understand why and how they are stuck.

 

My understanding of relationship and career issues is grounded in my five decades as a father, husband, brother, engineer, executive, entrepreneur, religious seeker, political activist and counselor. My bio is here.

 

I am direct and collaborative. Working together, we can untangle the threads of your life. When you have clarity, your energy will settle, and you will act with purpose.
